1. What is the return policy?

2. I need it right away, when will I receive the cart?
We ship during business days. If your order is on Tuesday, the cart will be shipped out the before the end of the next business day.

3. I didn’t receive the cart, what should I do?
Our system email you tracking number and assembly instruction when your order is processed. If you don’t receive that email within 1 or 2 business days after you purchase, please contact us immediately. (Check your spam folder as well.) Providing a safe receiving address or tracking your package will help to ensure the package be received on time.  We will not hold responsibility if the tracking shows the package is delivered.

4. Which type of shipping service do you use and how long is the delivery time?
We use USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx as our main shipping provider. They usually take from 1 to 4 business days to arrive.
Some Larger carts may take 2 to 5 business days. The duration depends on the distance between destination and our location, Orange County, California.
Alaska, Hawaii, PR takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

5. How do we contact you?
The best way to contact us is via email. Our address is huggie@huggiecart.com. We normally will answer your email within 24 hours except on weekend.

6. I ordered the wrong size, can we do an exchange?
Sure, contact us for a RMA number. See our Return/Exchange page for more details.

7. When I order, I gave you the wrong shipping address. Can I change shipping address?
This issue does come up. If we catch your email before shipping the cart, we will change it. Once the package is out with the courier (USPS), we will not be able to change it.  Please verify your shipping address to avoid confusion, delay, and losses.

8. What type of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept major credit cards and Paypal payment.

9. I do not know how to assemble or fit my dog into the cart.
We will send out an assembly instruction and video links to your email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at huggie@huggiecart.com and we will send to you promptly.

10. Do you ship everywhere in U.S.? How about Canada and rest of the world?
We ship everywhere in the world. However, the shipping charges is different depending on your country. Shipping cost will be calculated once your country is selected in Shopping Cart.

11. My dog will increase weight. How adjustable is this cart?
The cart can be adjusted in height, width, and length. Almost all of the time, it will accommodate your dog’s growth.

12. Sales tax?
We collect 8% sales tax for California shipping addresses.

13. What are some of your customers’ usage tips?
We appreciate our customers’ input in the past, would continue to encourage and collect tips on how to utilize our dog wheelchairs to help our dog friends. e.g., here are a few tips we collected:
a. The dog’s belly is very soft and not used to bear weight. Some dog owners suggested place tube sock over the stomach area.
b. Some dogs’ backs are very weak, and adding a belly strap between the round stringer rods will keep the dog in more comfortable posture.

14. How does the free shipping special work?
We automatically applied free shipping during checkout. This promotional discount will only work on our website.

15. How do you calculate shipping?
In general, domestic shipping is via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You’ll see the shipping charge calculated for you before you make a payment. Our free shipping program also covers PR, Alaska, Hawaii, and all US territories.

16. How about international buyers?
The cost will automatically be calculated during checkout.  (Ranges from $24 to $65)

17. Rescue Centers?

18. What about Facebook Likes?

Periodically, we will post a feature dog in need from the rescue center list and as soon as our Facebook page received 200 likes after the posting, we will donate a dog wheelchair.

19. I would like to join or donate to the cause. How do I do this?
If you would like to join us to support the organizations who are at front line rescue those dogs with disabilities, please contact us. We have a donation button below. Your contribution will be saved and we will send the cart to the charity on the list when the fund can cover the cost of the wheelchair.
